4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the videos you create using our Service. With our Pro and Enterprise plans, you have full commercial rights to use your generated videos.

Our Rights: By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Spread misinformation or deepfakes

6. Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipio AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
